·      2 Full Sets of Clothing (change of clothes)

·      Box of Tissue

·      Wipes

Information to Bring In Before First Day of Starting School:

·      Programs For Parents Confirmation Letter (If not paying out of pocket)

·      Birth Certificate

·      Immunization Record

·      Universal Health Record (To be completed by Doctor)
